Short-Term Rental Program

This is a reminder that Sevier County has implemented a permit requirement for short-term rentals in the county. If you are an owner that utilizes your property as a short-term rental, you have until 31 March 2024 to go to the link below and submit your application in order to have your property inspected to the code in which your cabin/condo was built.
