It has been brought to our attention that homeowners/guest have been messing with the pools and the pump/heating pump at Timber Ridge turning it up to 100 degrees and removing the mandated stickers along the sides of the pool and steps and putting chairs in the pool (tanning deck area). The stickers are a requirement by the TN health department and when they do their random inspections, they can close the pools until the deficiencies are corrected and reinspected.
Please inform your guest to not mess with any controls, stickers and no chairs in the pool (water) for any pool. With the new key system installed at the pools, we know which cabin/condo they are staying at, and we will invoice the homeowner for any and all damages/cost caused by the guest.
If these actions continue, we will have to close all pools to repair/fix to meet the requirements of the TN department of health.

Regarding the pools. I would just have only homeowners access the new pool. NOT Renters. I think as an owner we should have a privilege to have only owners use this pool.
