It is that time of year for the Annual Board Meeting which will be conducted on 31 August 2024 from 11:00am - 2:00 pm at the Lodge located at 912 Pine Top Lane for those that want to attend in person. For those homeowners that are unable to attend in person you can join via Zoom where we will be streaming it. The Board of Directors will be welcoming 3 new and 2 returning board members (Andrew Settle, E.J. Smith, David Sharpe, Shane Lame, and Alvin Langhals) as 5 current board members that have been serving have completed their terms.
We will be serving food and refreshments during the course of the meeting, and we need a head count of those that will be physically present at the meeting so we can plan accordingly. Also, if you have a food allergy or there are items that you can't eat/drink please let us know so we can accommodate you.
